If families want to attend parole presentations with Paul Hampel they can request to my office and then my office will ask if the lead voter is willing to do the parole presentation in person. The decision is at the lead voter's discretion, but many are granted throughout the State of Texas.
I believe the best parole arguments come from understanding the client and applying their strengths and weaknesses to the parole guidelines and directives.
