Addressing Client’s Offense and It’s Severity

Paul A. Hampel assists clients by explaining to the Parole Board any mitigating factors, circumstances, or possible explanations for why the offense occurred and why it will not happen in the future. His record pull is detailed and allows him to address each individual aspect of the case. Mr. Hampel further argues changes, maturity, or adjustments the client has made to eliminate the sources of the prior crime. These changes are established from notes taken during the face to face unit interview, from reviewing support letters as well as from notes created when the client’s written exercises are reviewed by Mr. Hampel.
